19 Shaman King
Shaman King is an anime series based on Hiroyuki Takei’s manga. It originally aired from 2001 to 2002, and it was rebooted in 2021. Due to the success of the reboot, a sequel has already been announced.
The manga focuses on Yoh Asakura, who hopes to become the Shaman King.
In order to achieve his dream, Yoh has to win the Shaman Fight, a tournament held every 500 years. However, Yoh needs to get much stronger before he can join the tournament. Magi is an adventure, fantasy anime series that is loosely based on stories from One Thousand and One Nights. It follows the adventures of Aladdin, who explores the world alongside his Djinn, Ugo. On his journey, Aladdin meets other characters, who help him grow and understand the world better.

After helping each other out, the two form a team, which is later joined by other guild members. As the story progresses, Natsu and his group experience many incredible moments, which bring them closer to each other. The anime has a lot of amazing fights, and a plot to keep the viewers glued to their screens.

My Hero Academia is a popular new-gen anime series. It focuses on a young boy named Midoriya Izuku, who aspires to become a pro hero someday. In a world where everyone has Quirks, Midoriya somehow ends up with none. When his mother breaks the news to him, Midoriya is completely devastated, but nonetheless, he carries on with his life.
However, his world is turned upside down after he meets All Might, who is the number 1 hero in the world. All Might considers Midoriya worthy to be his successor and passes down his Quirk to him. With the number of villains increasing rapidly, Midoriya must control his power to prevent the world from being destroyed. Aside from having similar dreams of becoming the best in their respective series, Luffy and Midoriya also share other qualities. Furthermore, both series have an incredible cast of supporting characters.
15 Samurai Champloo
Directed by Shinichiro Watanabe, Samurai Champloo is among the best-known anime series today. The show aired from May 2004 to March 2005, and has a total of twenty-six episodes.
The series follows three individuals Jin, Mugen, and Fuu, who set out to find the samurai that smells of sunflowers. The three travel all over Japan as they try to gain more information about the samurai. Much like One Piece, the show offers a unique sense of adventure to the viewers.
14 Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Widely regarded as the best shonen series in existence, there are very few series that can provide the same quality as Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. Its sense of brotherly bonds, as well as its emotional weight, separate it from other anime series out there.

Demon Slayer follows Kamado Tanjiro, a young boy who cares about his family. However, his entire world is turned upside down when almost his entire family is attacked by a demon. The accident leaves Tanjiro devasted; however, one of his younger siblings managed to survive. Tanjiro vows to become stronger and help his younger sister to turn back to normal.

Written by Rumiko Takahashi, InuYasha is among the most well-known anime series and one of the greatest Isekai around. The anime is over 100 episodes long, so the viewers can enjoy it without being worried about finishing the series within a single day.
InuYasha follows the story of a young girl living in modern-day Tokyo, who ends up falling into a well and she is transported to the Sengoku period. Soon, she meets Inuyasha, a half-demon half-human, and together the two of them travel through Japan.

Written by Masashi Kishimoto, Naruto is among the most popular anime series of all time. For a long time, Kishimoto and Oda were rivals as they competed with each other on a weekly basis in Shueisha’s Shonen Jump.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is written by Hirohiko Araki. Each part is unique and it features a different cast of characters. It’s also one of the longest-running manga series out there. Notice its similarities to One Piece yet?
It has provided the anime community with some of the most iconic moments in anime and manga history and one would hope that it will continue to do so. Its over-the-top antics, iconic poses, and interwoven storyline are things fans of One Piece are sure to enjoy.

The story revolves around Meliodas and his group of disbanded knights, who were forced to disperse after they were wrongly framed. Both Meliodas and Luffy are affable individuals who don’t care about many things in the world except for their friends.

Black Clover’s rise to popularity took a lot of time. Many viewers tipped the series to flop massively but it managed to defy all odds and carve a name for itself. Black Clover’s story follows Asta, a young boy who has no innate magic ability.
Asta’s resolve takes a blow when his friend awakes his magical powers. However, he decides to train even more and this leads to the start of a fantastic rivalry. Asta’s straightforward goal of becoming the next Wizard King is similar to Luffy’s dream of becoming the Pirate King.
2 One Punch Man
One Punch Man broke onto the scene with an incredible first season and many believed that it would go on to dislodge some of the all-time greats. One Punch Man’s second season was pale in comparison to the first, which was a massive let-down.
However, One Punch Man is filled with gut-busting humor combined with serious action. The action-filled series follows Saitama, a superhuman who can defeat any baddie with just a single punch. The comedic stylings of the series along with intense moments are incredibly reminiscent of One Piece.
1 Bleach
Bleach is a part of the Shonen ‘Big Three’ along with Naruto and One Piece. It has been written by Tite Kubo. Bleach’s story follows Ichigo Kurosaki, who becomes a Soul Reaper. Ichigo gains new powers and therefore, he faces the gargantuan task of protecting mankind from the lurking evil.
Bleach offers a distinctive story that is different from the majority of the Shonen series. Above all, the story gives the viewers a fascinating experience, which is filled with dark humor and action.
