10 Darling In The Franxx
The setting of this series is a deserted world where the only living beings are giant threatening monsters called Klaxosaurs. To counter them, humanity has to use newly made robots termed Franxxm that are paired with young pilots known as “parasites.” Darling in Franxx features a boy named Hiro, heroine Zero Two, and several parasites that fight the Klaxosaurs.
This is one of the loved anime series for friendly unforgettable characters. It aired first in 2018 and has been incorporated with Studio Trigger, a Japanese studio popular for mecha action anime.
9 Wonder Egg Priority
The 12 episodes series is a psychological thriller and contemporary fantasy anime by CloverWorks. It was written by Shinji Nojima. Primarily, the anime features serious social challenges faced by schooling teenagers.
The anime centers on a young girl Ai Ohto, who dropped out of school because of the death of her lovely friend. As a result of distress, she agrees with the instructions of the mysterious egg-like creature who transports her to the Wonder Egg world. In this new environment, Ai Ohto needs to battle with Wonder Killers.
8 Her Blue Sky
Tatsuyuki Nagai and three members from Super Peace Busters, well-known for making the Anohana anime series, are the creators of this masterpiece. It was aired first in 2019 and is famous to many because of its portrayal of friendship, love, and music.
The storyline is set in the Japanese countryside near Tokyo called Chichibu. Its main characters are Akane, Aoi, and Shinnosuke. Aoi comes in touch mysteriously with Shinnosuke, who happens to have schooled together and is also the former boyfriend of Akane for more than ten years, her older sister.
7 My Dress-Up Darling
My Dress-Up Darling follows a high school student named Wakana Gojou. As a hardworking student who loves crafting dolls during his free time, he intends to surpass his grandfather’s professional skills. Unlike his classmates, who are obsessed with contemporary culture, Gojou creates fashions for his dolls. However, for fear of mockery, he ensures that his pastime actions remain hidden. Things change as he meets Marin Kitangawa, a lovely upcoming cosplayer who is unable to craft.
Despite the background of the two being completely different, Kitangawa doesn’t refuse his help. They eventually collaborate in a single cosplay. The series, made up of 12 episodes, was aired first 2022 and can be found on either Crunchyroll or Funimation.
6 Saekano the Movie: Finale
Any fan of romantic anime can’t miss to highly rate this movie. It is based on Fumiaki Maruto’s light novel titled “How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend.” The genre follows Megumi and Tomoya when they created the second Blessing Software game. This is after Spencer and Utaha had left.
Some notable film stars retaining their duties throughout the series are Saori, Matsuoka, Yasuno, Sayuri, Tetsuya, and Chinatsu. Those who confirmed their return in 2018 following the finale’s announcement in December 2017 are Shibata, Maruto and Kamei, and Maruto. The film earned more than $6 million worldwide despite premiering in Japan in 2019.
5 The Promised Neverland
This is one intense and gloomy filled fantasy story. It was serialized on Weekly Shonen Jump from 2016 to 2020. However, in 2019 and 2020, its animations were released in both seasons.

The Promised Neverland is set in 2045 and centers on three orphans, Ray, Emma, and Norman, who live in Grace Field House orphanage. What starts as a dull series turns out gradually to be a horrific narrative. The young children later started to prey on terrifying aliens. What makes this season stand out is its powerful characters. The three main characters are Norman the group strategist, Ray the defender, and Emma the overall leader.
4 Horimiya
To many, the idea of Izumi Miyamura and Kyouko Hori getting along seems impossible. While Hori is a reflection of brains and beauty, Miyamura is meek and detached from his colleagues. But the fateful encounter revealed their similar hidden nature. Hori, who is well-known in school, has no time for friendship because of house chores. On the other hand, Miyamura’s hidden body cuttings and tattoos make him appear somewhat criminal among his classmates.
Horimiya, with 13 episodes, provides an authentic and friendly story of how two polar opposites of teenage eventually portray their hidden similarities.
3 Fairy Tail Final Series
Fairy Tail is a series that centers on the exploration of Fairy Tail, a powerful guild that includes a Dragon Slayer wizard Natsu, a pet named Happy, and wizard Lucy. After the dissolution of Fairy Tails, the three began looking for their fellow guild members. It is an emotional journey watching each member reunite before proving their might for the last time.

Season 3 of Fairy Tale, which is also the last one, has 51 seasons with an epic ending. It premiered in Japan in 2018 though it ended a year after that.
2 Dakaichi

1 Spy x Family
Though Spy x Family is the newest in the list, it has grown through the anime ranks faster. The comedy show doesn’t need any introduction. It’s not only the best anime of 2022 summer but also the top of CloverWorks.
Spy x Family follows a spy that has to make an unusual plan to probe into a highly secretive opponent. Since this opponent is the father, he married Yor and adopted a girl called Anya. The young girl joins the same school as the targets. Without the knowledge of the spy, his recent wife was is a killer. To worsen the situation, Anya happens to identify her parents though she decides to keep it silent to avoid being lonely again.
